Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Vande Bharat Rail service in several major cities across India, providing travel for millions of people daily. Additionally, the service offers meals for passengers at affordable prices that can be purchased with their tickets.
Recently, on May 1, the Vande Bharat Rail service was introduced in the state of Kerala, but some activists protested the service by throwing stones. Similarly, on May 2, passenger traveling on the E1 Express train of Vande Bharat Rail complained that he found worm in the food served to him causing outrage among the passengers.
Furthermore, authorities at the railway station have criticized the food suppliers for not taking appropriate measures to prepare hygienic food for the passengers.
