Udayanidhi Stalin, the Sports Minister of Tamil Nadu, is carrying out many welfare schemes for the sports sector.
Sports Development Minister Udayanidhi Stalin has recently announced that the Squash World Cup will be held at the Express Avenue Mall in Chennai. He also said that 8 countries including Hong Kong, China and Japan are going to participate in the competition which will be held from June 13 to 17.
Also, due to his efforts, the World Chess Championship was held in Chennai in 2022. Subsequently, he had declared that his sole aim was to make Tamil Nadu the capital of the sports industry.
